Beginning in the 1990s, she established herself within the entertainment industry through concert promotion, artist relations, publicity, and event management. Over the years, she contributed to the promotion and production of major concerts, festivals, and entertainment events featuring nationally recognized artists and groups, including New Edition, Wyclef Jean, Method Man & Redman, KRS-One, Jody Watley, 702, Big Lez, and others. Her experience also includes involvement with prominent events such as Budweiser Superfest, Coca-Cola Fest, and Reggae Sunsplash in Greensboro, among numerous additional productions throughout her career.
As the founder of Pizazz Entertainment, she expanded her work by supporting independent artists and entertainment ventures while building lasting relationships throughout the music and media industries. Her public relations portfolio continued to grow as she represented businesses, entrepreneurs, authors, and entertainment professionals, including BET personality Tone Capone and Celebrity Chef Craig, serving as the publicist for his acclaimed Uptown restaurant in Charlotte. She also represented Chef Craig during high-profile industry events, including a pre-Grammy celebration in Atlanta.
Beyond entertainment, Charlotte McDuffie has demonstrated a deep commitment to community development and organizational leadership.
